In addition, the Mayor chairs the Board of Public Works and Safety, which manages contracts, infrastructure projects, public safety matters, and city services that directly impact quality of life. Through these responsibilities, the Mayor’s Office works to foster a vibrant, clean, and connected Michigan City for all who live, work, and visit here.
