NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Michigan City Board Park Department is seeking sealed requests for proposals for a food and beverage concession lease for North Pointe Pavilion, in Washington Park, Michigan City, Indiana, for the years 2026-2028.

All sealed requests for proposals (RFP) should be delivered to the Park Superintendent, 100 East Michigan Boulevard, Michigan City, Indiana on or before Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. (CST) or to the Park Board during its regular meeting scheduled to begin Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. (CST) in Michigan City/City Hall (Council Chambers – lower level), 100 E. Michigan Boulevard, Michigan City, Indiana when the Board’s presiding official calls the agenda item for opening of RFP for the Project. Any RFP received after the presiding official declares the time for submitting bids closed will not be considered.

Specifications and all necessary RFP documentation may be obtained in the Park Office, on the lower level of City Hall, 100 E. Michigan Boulevard, Michigan City, Indiana 46360. Awards may be made in writing to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous, taking into consideration price and other evaluation factors as set forth in the RFP. The Park Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and award proposals in whole to one contractor.

All inquiries must be submitted in writing via email to Shannon Eason at season@emichigancity.com no later than December 10, 2025 at 4 p.m. CST. All verbal and written communication must be directed to this contact person only and any addendum to the RFP documents she deems appropriate will be disseminated to all entities submitting an RFP for this project

The anticipated award date of this project is on or about January 21, 2026.
