Current Projects

Phoenix Investors / Project Maize

Project Maize is a proposed data-center development on the formerly vacant Federal Mogul site at 402 Royal Road in Michigan City. This major investment brings new infrastructure, economic opportunities and transformational reuse to the region.

SoLa

The SOLA Project is a transformative mixed-use development planned for Michigan City’s east side. It is designed to bring new housing, retail, recreational spaces, and community amenities to the area.
