What We’re Looking For
Projects should align with prevention strategies in Indiana’s opioid settlement plan, such as:

Community and youth education or mentoring

Faith-based or neighborhood prevention initiatives

Support for at-risk populations

Grief and family support programs

Overdose reversal training and awareness
How to Apply

Complete the application form and prepare a full proposal (up to 6 pages) describing your project, timeline, who you will serve, and expected outcomes.

Attach a detailed, line-item budget (minimum 1 page). Include any matching funds or in-kind contributions if available.
