The Department of Water Works provides thousands of gallons of fresh, clean water each day to residents and businesses in Michigan City. Water supplied by the Department of Water Works exceeds existing and proposed water quality standards established by the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Indiana Water Pollution Control Board.

Invoice Cloud Online Billing Portal

Customers interested in making on-line payments, please use our Online Billing Portal provider, Invoice Cloud. We are excited to be able to provide you, our customers, greater access to your account information and additional options to pay your bills with this provider. You can also pay your bills by calling the Invoice Cloud automated phone service at 844-954-0420. Fees will apply with payments, but access to your account information in Invoice Cloud is free. If you have previously signed up for our Auto-Pay option, you do not have to sign up for Auto Pay in Invoice Cloud.
